1.  Call to Order by Chairperson: Mr. Cobb called the emergency meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. on Friday July 21, 2006.

2.  Issue Decision Regarding Animal Bite Complaint: Mr. Cobb said he would read the Notice of Decision on Alleged Vicious Domestic Pet and that no further testimony would be taken.  Mr. Cobb read the Notice of Decision.  Mr. Boyer made the motion to accept the Notice of Decision on Alleged Vicious Domestic Pet as read by Mr. Cobb; Mr. Cole seconded the motion.  Mr. Cole noted the following typographical errors:

                        Page 5, #3 delete or

                        Page 5 #7 remove the s from Bear

                        Page 5 #9 biting is misspelled

Mr. Boyer amended the motion to include with administrative changes.  Mr. Cole seconded the amendment, motion passed without dissent. 

            Mr. Cobb told Mr. Metcalf how the Town Ordinance read in reference to keeping a domestic pet once it has been determined to be a vicious pet.  Chief Brown asked Mr. Metcalf to change the hook as his dogs have pulled out of the one shown in the photo at the Public Hearing, Mr. Metcalf said he had already planned on doing so.

3.  Sign Treasurer’s Warrants: Mrs. Daniels made the motion to approve the Treasurer Warrants dated 07/20/06 as follows:

            General Fund Payroll                                                            $12,932.56

            General Fund Operating Expense                                               $20,396.95

            Highway Fund Payroll                                                $12,493.73

            Highway Fund Operating Expense                                               $63,361.31

            Solid Waste Management Fund Payroll                           $  1,724.29

            Solid Waste Management Fund Operating Expense                       $12,374.60

            Reserves                                                                                 $     370.32

Mr. Cole seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. 

4.  Adjourn: Mr. Cole made the motion to adjourn.  Mr. Boyer seconded the motion, which passed without dissent.  The Emergency Meeting of the Weathersfield Select Board adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
