Price for either is $8.00

Now that the building season is here you may want to add on to your house or build that tool shed you've been thinking about.  You may get a zoning permit anytime the Town Office is open or call the town Office and give us your name and address and we will send you one.  If you are not sure if you will need a permit please call the office with your questions.

If you want to subdivide your land or start a new business it can take a while to get the needed permits.  Call for an appointment, and set up a schedule for your project review.

To determine the cost for your zoning permit add the base fee to the square footage fee. To determine the square footage fee multiply the length times the width, then multiply your answer by .05 cents.

When considering an application, the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment may retain expert professional assistance at the applicant's expense.

The fee structure is set by the Selectboard.

Adopted by the Weathersfield Selectboard May 15, 2003.
